Our Wedding Packages

These are three wedding packages that we offer at Sweet Magnolia Events. While we found it easiest to serve our clients by offering packages, we are capable of providing a la carte services, or creating a personalized package based on your needs.

Full Service Coordination

With You Every Step Of The Way!

This Package includes everything listed for Southern Hospitality and Southern Belle plus the following:

*Attend site visits for ceremony and reception venue  

*Choose vendors and attend vendor appointments: florist, photographer, videographer, entertainment, cake, linens, transportation, invitations, caterer, lighting, dresses, tuxedo rentals, rental company, security, valet  

*Handle guest list and all RSVP’s (with alphabetical guest list provided by client in excel format)  

*Attend bridal portraits 

*Create and deliver amenity baskets for out of town guests

Southern Belle

This coordinating package includes everything that is provided in Southern Hospitality plus..

*Unlimited meetings, phone calls and emails for planning all wedding details 

*Book vendors and schedule appointments

*Once vendors are chosen Confirm contract details

*Create wedding day itinerary

Distribute wedding itinerary to all vendors  

*Maintain contact with caterer/venue to manage wedding details

*Aid with menu selection

*Create room layout and seating chart for reception

*Handle seating cards, menu cards, and table numbers for reception  

*Coordinate favors for guests  

*Schedule dress fittings  

*Schedule bridal portrait and assist with the delivery of gown and bridal bouquet 

*Arrange overnight room blocks for wedding party and out of town guests


Southern Hospitality

(Month/Day of Coordination)

*2 preparation meetings, phone calls and emails necessary to finalize wedding details 

*Contact all vendors and Confirm details through phones calls and emails  *Create wedding day itinerary & Distribute wedding itinerary to all vendors 

*Meet with bride and family a week prior to wedding

*Pick up and take bride’s personal items to ceremony and reception venue

*Review ceremony and reception information, seating chart, processional and recessional

*Wedding itinerary given to wedding party 

*Attend rehearsal, coordinate ceremony if there is not an on-site church planner

Wedding Day

 Supervise and support with:

*Wedding day timeline including  Vendor set-up at ceremony and reception venue 

*Coordinate transportation for out-of town guests and wedding party 

*Distribute personal flowers 

*Coordinate ushers, house party, attendants, family and bride and groom at ceremony

 *Manage entertainment, announcements, and events throughout the evening

*Organize presentation of bride and groom  and the bride and groom’s exit 
