Manager serves as primary contact for all inquiries – respond to all communication within 24 hours of receipt
Provide all in-person and virtual tours – visit with clients regarding their specific needs and review the tour folder in detail
Manage rental agreements for all bookings; maintain calendar of all bookings
Communicate with clients prior to, during, and after the event to ensure satisfaction
Ensure all information is finalized and communicated for the day of the event
Maintain appearance and operation of venue – perform weekly visits to inspect grounds and buildings; arrange for repairs/treatments when needed
We network with a large number of event planners to promote venues nationwide
Receive Event Reports and address questions/concerns
